Biz Analytics Lab, LLC was founded in 2017. We provide affordable analytical consulting services, training, and customized data-driven products and solutions for companies of all sizes.

While most of our clients have come from the retail sector, but we have also served clients from manufacturing, consumer products, energy, health care, sports, entertainment, government, and education. Currently we are focusing heavily on problems in retail and education.

 Our unique hands-on workshops (onsite, virtual, or hybrid) allow you or your team members to quickly “skill up” in nearly any analytics or data science area you may need effective and fast training. Training sessions can be pre-planned examples or actual onsite problems your team is currently working on, where you learn while also trying to make progress on something that matters.

Our consulting engagements are often short with the focus to help you research, design, and implement a solution using either open-source or commercial tools that align with your team’s skillets and preferences. All solutions are developed collaboratively with supportive training throughout the process so your team is in full control at any point in the engagement. This removes the need for “hand off” at the end of the engagement and better skills up your team members to take the solution and run with it without our help.

We follow the industry accepted INFORMS Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) framework for all analytics and data science projects.
